Yes. For individuals, the free plan includes daily check-ins and basic insights and stays free forever. For teams, Pro Team starts with a 14-day pilot, while Business and Enterprise start with a 90-day pilot.

Your data belongs to you. If you downgrade or cancel, you keep access to your entries and can export them anytime. Organizations get a 30-day data export window after cancellation.

Yes. Consumer subscription plans include 7 days of full access before billing starts. You can also stay on the Free plan as long as you want and upgrade when you want AI pattern detection or voice check-ins. For Teams, pilot length follows the plan and no card is required.

Voice check-ins run on a real-time conversational AI agent, which has a real cost per minute. Pro includes 60 minutes a month. Pro Voice, Family, and Founder include 300 minutes a month. If you need more, you can add a 60-minute Voice Boost for $9 ($0.15/min). Text entries are unlimited on every plan.

Individual entries are end-to-end encrypted — neither Daylogue nor anyone else can read them. For teams, k-anonymity is enforced at a minimum group size of 5, so individual patterns never surface to leaders. The product literally refuses to display a number with fewer than 5 contributors behind it.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period.

Yes. Annual billing saves 34% on every consumer tier: Pro is $79/year ($6.58/month), Pro Voice is $119/year ($9.92/month), and Family is $199/year ($16.58/month). For Teams, annual billing equals 2 months free — Pro Team is $16.67/seat/month billed yearly, Business is $15/seat/month, and Enterprise is $12.50/seat/month. Custom pricing is available for organizations of 1,000+ seats.

Enterprise includes SAML 2.0 SSO with custom IdP support (Okta, Azure AD, Ping, OneLogin), SCIM 2.0 user provisioning and deprovisioning, a five-tier role model (Owner, Admin, Coach, Member, Observer) with per-role permissions, a full audit log via dashboard with CSV export, configurable session timeout and MFA enforcement, per-API-key IP allowlisting, security incident webhooks, and a security review packet on request.
