Yes. New accounts get seven days of Pro with no card and no automatic charge. When the week ends you stay on Free, with every entry still in your journal, unless you choose Pro. Choosing Pro collects a card securely at checkout. You can also stay on the Free plan as long as you want. Conversational voice is separate: after the one-time 5-credit demo expires at 30 days, eligible paid subscribers can try Voice Light for 7 days with 10 credits. A card is required, and it renews at $9/month unless canceled. Teams trials last 30 days with no card required. Enterprise trials require sales approval.

1 conversational voice credit = 1 minute of real-time conversation. Usage is metered by the second. Choose 20, 75, or 150 credits each month. Monthly credits can roll over for one additional billing cycle, and you can add 20 extra credits for $10. Transcription and read-aloud do not use conversational voice credits.

Individual entries are protected in transit by TLS, and ordinary account access is restricted by per-user database controls. Daylogue is not end-to-end encrypted: its servers read entries to create narratives and surface patterns. Employer-context dashboards are designed not to display individual entry text or member-level mood, energy, and stress scores. Eligible aggregates appear only after the applicable contributor and suppression threshold is met.

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you keep access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
