Daylogue support

Help, without the runaround.

Find a clear answer, work through a safe first step, or reach a person. You never need to share the private words in your journal to explain a product problem.

A useful support note

Tell us what happened, where it happened, and what you expected. Leave journal text out.

Start with what happened

You do not need to know the feature name.

Pick the moment closest to yours. Each path explains what should happen, what you can safely check, and what details help us look closer.

The app looks wrong

Start with the screen, not your journal entry.

Note the device, browser or app version, and the time the problem began. A screenshot can help, but crop out journal text, names, email addresses, and private account details.

Check device and sync steps

A charge looks unfamiliar

Find where the plan was purchased first.

An App Store receipt means Apple controls the payment and refund path. A Daylogue or Stripe receipt means the plan was purchased on the web. Support can point you to the right place without seeing your card number.

A read does not feel right

Return to the moments behind it.

A Daylogue read is a candidate connection in what you chose to share, not a diagnosis or a verdict. You can confirm it, reject it, or interpret it differently. Start with the source moments and decide whether it fits.

Before you send a note

A little context is useful. Your private writing is not.

Most product problems can be understood from the screen, device, and timing. Share enough to reproduce the issue without copying the personal content that brought you to Daylogue in the first place.

Helpful to include

  • Device and operating system
  • App or browser version
  • Approximate time of the issue
  • What you expected to happen

Please leave out

  • Journal or check-in text
  • Passwords or recovery keys
  • Full payment card numbers
  • Private names in screenshots

Support FAQ

A few answers before you ask.

What can Daylogue support help with?

Daylogue support can help with account access, subscriptions, billing paths, device permissions, notifications, syncing, privacy requests, and questions about how product features work. For the fastest answer, include the device, app or browser version, and the step where something changed.

Do I need to send my journal entries to get help?

No. Support should not need the words in your journal, your password, your recovery key, or a full payment card number. Describe the screen or error instead. If you attach a screenshot, crop out private writing, names, and account details first.

What does No AI mode stop?

It stops newly submitted content from being sent to Daylogue's AI and voice services on supported platforms. It is not local-only: entries still sync to and are stored by Daylogue. Manual journaling, curated prompts, structured check-ins, calendar history, and manual tags remain. Rules-based patterns are controlled separately, use eligible accepted manual tags and structured fields, and omit sensitive tags.

How do I contact Daylogue support?

Email support@daylogue.io or use the Daylogue contact form. Put the main issue in the subject line and send one clear message with the device, approximate time, and what you expected to happen.

Where do I manage an App Store subscription?

Open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions and choose Daylogue. Apple controls App Store payment methods, renewal dates, cancellations, and refund decisions.

Is Daylogue support a mental health crisis service?

No. Daylogue support handles product and account questions. Daylogue is not therapy and is not a replacement for professional care. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support. If there is immediate danger, call local emergency services.
