Submit a privacy request

Use this form to access, correct, delete, or limit how Daylogue uses your personal information. We accept requests under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and consumer-health privacy laws in Washington (WMHDA), Nevada (SB 370), and Connecticut (SB 3).

Prefer email? Write to privacy@daylogue.com. We respond to all verified requests within 45 days (30 days for GDPR).

What happens after you submit

  1. You’ll receive an automatic confirmation email with your reference number.
  2. We may ask you to verify your identity — usually by confirming the email tied to your account.
  3. We’ll respond within 45 days (30 days under GDPR). If we need more time, we’ll tell you why.
  4. We never charge for verifiable consumer-rights requests.
