Anyone can join. There is no application review, audience minimum, or minimum referral volume. You must accept the current partner agreement before sharing your link, disclose that you may earn a commission, and follow the program rules.
Eligible individual subscriptions, self-serve team subscriptions, and contracted organization deals can earn commission. New Founder Lifetime sales are paused and are not currently an eligible referral purchase. The customer must be new and properly attributed, and the purchase cannot be a self-referral, duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, or charged back.
Individual subscriptions earn 20% of eligible revenue actually collected during the first 12 paid months. New Founder Lifetime sales are paused and are not currently commissionable.
There is no minimum deal size. We subtract a $2.50-per-paid-seat monthly member fee, then apply marginal rates: 10% on the first $100,000 of cumulative commissionable revenue, 15% on the next $400,000, and 20% above $500,000.
For self-serve purchases, the most recent eligible Daylogue partner-link click receives credit when the customer buys within 90 days. The customer must complete signup and checkout through the attributed flow. Partners cannot refer themselves or manipulate attribution.
Register the named organization in your partner portal or email partners@daylogue.com. Credit goes to the first partner who registers an eligible organization that is not already a customer or active opportunity. Daylogue handles pricing, contracts, closing, onboarding, and support.
Yes, when the marketplace purchase is properly attributed. Because a store receipt does not show Daylogue’s final proceeds, the commission can remain in reconciliation until the marketplace reports the net amount Daylogue received.
Each eligible collection has a 30-day holding period. If it is not refunded, reversed, or charged back during that period, the commission becomes available for the next monthly payout run.
Available balances of at least $50 enter the monthly payout run and are sent through Stripe Connect within 15 days after the payout date. Smaller balances roll forward while the partner account remains in good standing.
Stripe Connect securely collects the identity, tax, bank, and payout information required to send commissions. Daylogue cannot release a payout until Stripe onboarding is complete and payouts are enabled.
A refunded, reversed, or charged-back collection does not earn commission. If the reversal happens after a commission was already paid, the amount is deducted from future earnings or handled under the signed partner agreement.
Place a clear disclosure near every public recommendation. For example: “I may earn a commission if you subscribe through this link.” Describe Daylogue accurately, do not promise pricing or features, and never present Daylogue as therapy or a replacement for professional care.
