Data is protected in transit with TLS, and ordinary account access is restricted with per-user database controls. These controls reduce risk. They do not guarantee that unauthorized access is impossible, and authorized service, support, security, and legal-process paths remain possible and are governed separately. Daylogue does not use personal entries to train its own models. Provider handling follows current written terms, configuration, and subprocessor disclosures.

Daylogue reads what you have already told it and does not generate advice: it will report that entries about work have overlapped with shorter sleep several times this month, and it will not tell you to go to bed earlier. It works from what you choose to share and does not infer emotion from faces or voice tone. It is not therapy and is not a replacement for professional care.

How does Daylogue use eligible records from the iOS Health app?

When you choose to connect Apple Health, Daylogue imports eligible records as context. Daylogue does not measure sleep, calculate a readiness score, or predict performance. When a supported read is available, Daylogue may compare one eligible imported record with your own recent records and show the inputs used. It does not determine causation, diagnose you, or infer emotion from physiology. Availability can vary by account, feature flag, and imported data.
