Daylogue is an AI journal built as a system for self-understanding. The Daylogue Self-Awareness Test is its free, non-clinical 30-question reflection quiz.
It uses six Daylogue-specific reflection dimensions. The result is a snapshot of the answers from that sitting, not a verdict about who you are.
The quiz groups your answers into one of four reflection results: The Spark, The Warmth, The Anchor, or The Pulse. Each result offers questions you can use for further reflection.
The Reflection Profile is not a certified psychometric, clinical, or employment assessment. It does not translate into Big Five, Myers-Briggs, DISC, or Enneagram scores. Later check-ins you choose to make can provide examples or counterexamples, but they do not automatically update or validate the quiz result.
No email required. About 5 minutes. 30 questions. A reflection lens, not a diagnosis.

Six dimensions. One answer snapshot.
Your reflection result.
The quiz groups the answers from this sitting into The Spark, The Warmth, The Anchor, or The Pulse. The label is a prompt for reflection, not a definition of you.
Six dimensions to consider.
Processing, Connection, Pace, Expression, Drive, and Curiosity are Daylogue-specific reflection dimensions. They summarize how you answered these questions today.
Questions to revisit.
Use the result to notice examples that fit and counterexamples that do not. You decide what the answers mean in your own life.

Compare your own snapshots.
Retake the quiz later if you choose. A new sitting creates a new result to compare; check-ins do not automatically change the earlier score.
How it differs
Its own reflection framework, with clear limits.
Daylogue uses six reflection dimensions created for this quiz. The result cannot be converted into Big Five, Myers-Briggs, DISC, or Enneagram scores, and it should not be used for clinical or employment decisions.
Looking for OCEAN traits and established questionnaires? Read the Big Five guide.
DISC
DISC uses four style labels: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. It is a separate framework with its own scoring approach.
Daylogue does not measure DISC styles or translate a Reflection Profile result into a DISC score.
Myers-Briggs (MBTI)
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator reports one of 16 four-letter types under its own framework and scoring method.
Daylogue does not measure MBTI preferences or translate a Reflection Profile result into a Myers-Briggs type.
Daylogue's Reflection Profile

Later check-ins you choose to make can offer examples or counterexamples. They do not automatically update or validate the quiz score.

A simple reflection quiz, with clear limits.
The six dimensions are specific to Daylogue. This is not a certified psychometric, clinical, or employment assessment, and the result does not translate into another personality framework.

Later check-ins can add context, not a hidden rescore.
If you choose to check in later, you may notice examples that fit the result and counterexamples that do not. Those entries do not automatically update or validate the score.
