Resume, skip, or replay the walkthrough

The V2 walkthrough is optional. Hide hint makes room while you write. Stop walkthrough closes coaching without leaving the check-in or discarding its draft. In the later orientation, use Next, Back, or Skip; tapping the background never advances a step.

Two different ways to return

In web Settings or iPhone Help and Support, Try a guided check-in starts real writing with guidance. Show me around replays the orientation without requiring a new entry. The Getting Started hub has both actions too.

Interrupted progress

A passive Resume card can reopen check-in guidance or the later orientation. Sign in to the same account on another supported device to continue synced progress. Unsynced writing remains on its original device; a progress checkpoint cannot recreate it or send a message for you. If syncing fails, keep using your journal and return to Help later.

Availability

Interactive Getting Started is rolling out for V2 on web and iPhone. Public guides remain readable even when the interactive experience is not enabled for your account. Existing accounts are not automatically taken through a new tour.
