Wellness Journal App

A wellness journal that shows its work

Keep the context around your days. When Daylogue notices something, you can see what contributed and decide whether it fits.

Daylogue is a wellness journal app for voice and text reflection. It keeps self-reported mood, energy, stress, and sleep context beside the words that explain the day. It does not produce a composite wellness score or tell you what kind of person you are.

The number is never the whole day. The words around it matter.

Capture the day in your own language

Write a few lines, use a guided text conversation, or talk through a voice check-in. Daylogue turns voice into the same kind of saved check-in as text. It does not infer emotion from voice tone.

A check-in can be short. The goal is enough context to make the history useful later.

Review patterns with receipts

A fluent sentence can sound certain even when the evidence is thin. Daylogue separates a read from its supporting check-ins so you can inspect the window, dates, and limits.

The system describes overlap and recurrence. It does not diagnose, prescribe, or claim that one event caused another.

Come back without a streak

Daylogue does not use streak pressure as the reason to return. Missing a week leaves a gap, not a failure.

Backstory imports can also bring earlier journals and notes into the record, so useful history does not have to start on signup day.
